Budgie Desktop 10.2.6 and Linux Kernel 4.6.4 Land in the SparkyLinux Repos

We had the pleasure of reporting the other day about the availability of the Linux 4.6.4 kernel for all GNU/Linux operating systems, as well as the Budgie 10.2.6 desktop environment for Solus, Fedora 22/23, and openSUSE Leap/Tumbleweed distros.
