Joshua Strobl from the Solus Project announced today, September 7, 2016, the release of an updated ISO image for the Linux kernel-based Solus operating, build 1.2.0.5.
Solus 1.2.0.5 is now available for download to those who planned on reinstalling their Solus operating systems because of various major issues, or deploy it on new computers. With Solus now being a rolling release OS, there’s no need for the rest of us using Solus to download today’s 1.2.0.5 ISO image.
So what’s Solus 1.2.0.5? Again, it is only an updated installation medium that brings multiple improvements to the most important components, as well as all the latest software versions that have been pushed to the distribution’s stable repositories since the launch of Solus 1.2, which those who have an up-to-date Solus installation already have.
