Canonical Preps New PPA for Ubuntu 17.10 Users to Test the Latest Linux Kernels

Canonical has announced on Twitter that they have new Linux 4.11-based kernel packages ready for public testing in the repositories of the upcoming Ubuntu 17.10 (Artful Aardvark) operating system.

The news comes days after the Ubuntu Kernel team over at Canonical published their bi-weekly newsletter to inform the Ubuntu Linux community about the fact that Linux kernel 4.11 landed in the proposed channel of Ubuntu 17.10, and that they’ve prepared a new PPA (Personal Package Archive) to make testing easier.
