Debian-Based Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15 "Nev" Gets First Test Build, Ships GNOME 3.22

Today, October 21, 2016, the developers of the Debian-based Parsix GNU/Linux operating system proudly announced the availability for download of the first test build of the upcoming Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15 “Nev” release.

Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15 “Nev” was announced last month, and, since then, the development team behind this ready-to-use and easy-to-install GNU/Linux distribution have worked hard to bring you all the latest applications and components from the recently released GNOME 3.22 Stack.

“Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15 (code name Nev) ships with stable GNOME 3.22 desktop environment and an updated kernel,” reads today’s announcement. “This version has been synchronized with Debian Jessie repositories as of Oct 12 2016. Parsix Nev ships with LibreOffice 4.3.3 productivity suit by default.”
