Ubuntu 15.10 Enters Final Freeze, Stable Wily Werewolf Arrives Next Week

The Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) development cycle is coming to an end and the project finally entered Final Freeze. This means that only a small number of particular fixes are allowed now, and the launch of the OS is only one week away.
