Join Canonical in London for a Technical Introduction to Ubuntu Core and Snaps

Canonical is very serious about its innovative Snappy technologies in Ubuntu and other supported operating systems, and they would like you to join them for a technical introduction to Ubuntu Snappy Core operating system and Snaps.

If you’re one of our regular readers, you might know already that Canonical has a slimmed-down version of its very popular Ubuntu Linux operating system, namely Ubuntu Snappy Core, which is designed for deployment in various IoT (Internet of Things) and embedded devices, such as Raspberry Pi single-board computers, or any other smart device you have in your house, such as a fridge.

You should also know about Snaps, as they were recently introduced in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) as a universal binary format to help the spread of various open-source or closed-source applications across multiple GNU/Linux distributions.
