#1. War Thunder

War Thunder is honestly a somewhat underrated game that deserves your attention hence why we have decided to place it as the best game on Ubuntu, for now. In War Thunder, aircraft, attack helicopters, ground forces and naval ships collaborate in realistic competitive battles. You can choose from over 1,000 vehicles and an extensive variety of combat situations that will keep you busy all day long. Especially with this pandemic, this game is perfect to keep your mind and spirit away from reality for awhile and enjoy an action packed game with great graphics and thankfully pretty stable servers for multiplayer. I highly recommend those of you who love action, and war games to try War Thunder as soon you can.

Cities: Skylines is a modern take on the classic city building simulation. The game introduces new game play elements to realize the thrill and hardships of creating and maintaining a real city whilst expanding on some well-established tropes of the city building experience. This game had massive hype before it was released and it didn’t disappoint. No wonder why it continues to receive positive reviews from hardcore gamers and beginners to city management games. I love this game and the graphics are just fantastic, plus the online community is huge so you can find plenty of mods to spice up the game.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) is a team-based action gameplay that it pioneered when it was launched 18 years ago(under a different name, it was called just Counter-Strike). We had to list this as #4 but as most of you should know, this game could have easily placed #1 on this list. It is a classic first person shooter that has influenced almost every shooter game after it was released in some way or another and it is still one of the top most played games online worldwide right now according to Steam statistics. If you haven’t at least tried this game, please try it, you will not regret it. We also have CS: Go screenshots for you to check out.
