OnlyOffice for Ubuntu

OnlyOffice on Linux

Hello everyone, you can download OnlyOffice for Ubuntu, surprisingly, it’s actually for free. This Microsoft Office alternative shouldn’t be overlooked and it is worth your time to at least try.

Today we will highlight a very well put together office app known as ONLYOFFICE, for whatever reasons, they like to capitalize the name but besides that, this app is much better than I originally thought it would be. I received an email last week to take a closer look at OnlyOffice and I am glad I actually did. I downloaded it quickly and played around with it for a couple days and it’s simply great. It gets the job done and it is yet another proven Google Docs alternative that can open Microsoft Office files including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and whatever else. The developers of OnlyOffice also made it possible to use their software on the cloud and you can access the online editor if you prefer to use a browser instead of native apps. So basically, OnlyOffice does it all and it seems like they can compete against the likes of LibreOffice and even my personal favorite, WPS Office. Let me know in the comments what you think about this app if you decide to try it.
