Absolute Linux distribution is an operating system based on Slackaware and the developers have decided to upgrade it to version 14.12.
There aren’t too many Linux distributions out there that still use Slackaware as the base and that’s a real shame. It used to be a lot higher in the user preferences, but it sort of faded away in the past few years.
